1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "jajy9", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the jajy9 platform and its operators, accessible at https://jajy9.io.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the jajy9 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the jajy9 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in your jajy9 Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, free spins winnings, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account by jajy9.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one jajy9 Account. Opening, maintaining, or using more than one Account — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you believe a duplicate Account has been opened in your name, you must notify jajy9 support immediately.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party and must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account. jajy9 will never ask you for your password through any channel, including email, live chat, SMS, or telephone.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach, you must notify jajy9 support immediately at [email protected]. jajy9 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or have shared them with a third party.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jajy9 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method — before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any other time jajy9 deems appropriate. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Accuracy

All information provided to jajy9 must be truthful and accurate at all times. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure without return of funds deposited through fraudulent means.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jajy9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier. jajy9 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion. Players who wish to deposit amounts exceeding standard limits should contact customer support.

4.3 Processing Times

4.4 Deposit Source

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered jajy9 Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed in full, and the associated jajy9 Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are only available to verified Account holders who have completed the KYC process. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is complete will be placed in a pending queue and processed only once verification is approved.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

jajy9 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of submission during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional security checks are required. jajy9 accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

5.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. jajy9 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to alternative payment methods.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though jajy9 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments where operationally necessary.

5.5 Withholding of Withdrawals

jajy9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms & Conditions, incomplete KYC documentation, or where legally required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on the jajy9 platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived winnings will be held as non-withdrawable Bonus Funds. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window; unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the promotional period.

6.4 Bonus Fund Withdrawal Order

Real-money funds in your Account balance are used first when placing wagers, before Bonus Funds are applied, unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise. Upon meeting applicable wagering requirements, Bonus Funds convert to real-money withdrawable funds.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

jajy9 reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet or wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are only valid and binding once confirmed by the jajy9 system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or system errors are not considered valid.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on the jajy9 platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by product, event, and account tier. jajy9 reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting limits at its discretion.

7.3 Obvious Errors

In the event that a bet or game result is affected by a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrectly priced markets, software malfunctions, or data feed failures — jajy9 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the original Account balance. jajy9's decision on matters of obvious error is final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.

• Opening accounts using false identities or on behalf of another person.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jajy9 excludes all liability — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jajy9 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss arising from betting or gaming outcomes.

jajy9's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jajy9 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or fitness for any particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability; jajy9 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your jajy9 Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any positive real-money Account balance (after deduction of any non-qualifying Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements and the absence of any outstanding security investigation.

13.2 Termination by jajy9

jajy9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, where: there has been a breach or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraud or money laundering is suspected; the Account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2; the Account holder provides false or misleading information; or jajy9 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account, all Bonus Funds and promotional credits are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be reviewed and, where no fraud investigation is pending, returned to the verified payment source within a reasonable period. All rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.

14 Amendments

jajy9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jajy9 will provide reasonable notice to registered Account holders via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the jajy9 platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1 above. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the jajy9 platform. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through jajy9's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals as determined by jajy9's operating jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
